Initial Visit

At your home, we will consult you about your project needs
We will discuss any recommendations we may have, your options and your financial investment concerns
We prefer if you would have magazine clippings of examples, notes and your objectives all at your side
We will discuss your schedule

Professional Services Agreement

At our office, we discuss initial design and budget and developing an investment goal
If theses parameters are approved, you can sign a PSA and begin the conceptual design process

Preliminary Review Meeting

We will review the conceptual plan and the general material choices

Refined Plan

Conducted in your home, the more detailed floor plans and elevations will be reviewed, including accessories
Assignments may be given to you, including choosing appliances and other items

Working Drawings

You can finalize conceptual plans and the selection of building materials
Develop allowances for fixtures, cabinetry, etc.
Finalize construction investment and complete specifications and product selections

Contract Signing

At our office, we will discuss final blueprints and specifications before the contract is reviewed and signed
Require 10% deposit due at contract signing
You will receive final plans and specification selections
Other meetings at our office and various area showrooms
Go over finals and specific choices of products, materials, colors and other items
Review options to price and compare to allowances

Pre-Construction Meeting

In your home, our production coordinator, lead carpenter and sales personnel meet with you to walk through your project
Job-site challenges are discussed
Housekeeping questions addressed (children, pets, security system, etc.)
Our production coordinator will review the schedule
